Stylum.shop Refund Policy
I strive to ensure you’re satisfied with every purchase. This policy outlines how returns and refunds are handled.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
The item is unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
The request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (wrong item sent).
Non-returnable items:
Digital downloads, custom/personalized goods, or items marked “Final Sale.”
2. Refund Process
Step 1: Contact me at support@stylum.shop with:
Your order number
Reason for return
Photos (if applicable, e.g., damaged item)
Step 2: I’ll provide a return address and instructions.
Step 3: Once received and inspected:
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days (bank processing times may vary).
Store credit may be offered in certain cases.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be issued for:
Items returned after 30 days.
Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care.
Final sale, clearance, or discounted items.
Original shipping fees (unless the error was mine).
4. Shipping Returns
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to my error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
I recommend using a trackable shipping method. Lost returns are not eligible for refunds.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Contact me immediately with photos of the damaged item or packaging. I’ll either:
Send a replacement (if available), or
Issue a full refund.
