This policy applies to all orders shipped from Stylum.shop. As an independent retailer, I prioritize secure, timely, and transparent delivery.
1. Shipping Carriers
I partner with reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, selected for service quality and coverage. All carriers comply with U.S. shipping regulations.
2. Processing Time
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3:00 PM PST ship within 1–2 business days.
Weekend/holiday orders ship the next business day.
Custom/pre-order items note specific timelines on product pages.

4. Shipping Fees
Free shipping on orders over $50 (contiguous U.S.).
Orders under $50: **$4.99 flat fee** (Standard) or carrier-calculated (Priority/Express).
Non-contiguous U.S. (HI, AK, PR): Additional fees apply (shown at checkout).
International: Costs calculated by destination. Customers handle customs/duties.
5. Tracking & Delivery Issues
All orders include tracking via email.
Delays due to carriers, weather, or customs are beyond my control.
Undeliverable packages (wrong address provided): Reshipping fees apply.
6. Returns & Exchanges
My error (wrong/defective item): I cover return shipping + reshipment.
Customer-initiated returns: You pay return shipping (see Refund Policy).
Use trackable methods—lost returns aren’t refundable.
7. Risk of Loss
Items become your responsibility once delivered to the carrier.
8. Force Majeure
Not liable for delays from natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.
